Step 1
Fill out a submission form where you'll send your ideal dates, travel ideas, and other necessary information. After 2-3 business days, you will receive an email to either schedule a phone consultation or begin an email consultation (your preference!). We will gather any further information needed to begin researching for your travel needs! Disclaimer: We do require an upfront research fee for new clients of $25 that is refundable once your trip is booked. If your trip isn't booked within 20 days of receiving your itinerary, the research fee goes to Make a World Travels. If you are a returning client, the refundable research fee is waived.
Step 2
Receive a mock proposal of up to three itinerary choices to meet your travel goals. We are more than happy to make revisions. Once you approve on your dream trip, we will move forward with all of your bookings, payments, reservations, insurance (if not purchasing, a waiver must be signed), tours, and all other services you would like included in your trip.
Step 3
All confirmations and details will be sent to you in an online itinerary to make your travel experience as seamless as possible. We want you to feel prepared and have everything you need, but are always here for last minute add-ons and reassurance as you grow closer to your trip.
